Personagy Terms of Service

Personagy provides a variety of custom business strategy services, including the Growth Strategy, Launch Strategy, and the Personagy CopyPak. This Terms of Service (TOS) outlines the rights, obligations, and services associated with our products and services.

1. Services and Products Overview

Personagy offers the following services:

  • Growth Strategy ($1497): Tailored growth plans, including customer personas, market analysis, and actionable growth recommendations.
  • Launch Strategy ($997): Comprehensive strategies designed to launch and grow new businesses, including target audience profiles, pricing, and branding.
  • Personagy CopyPak ($697): Provides key personas and messaging frameworks specifically for copywriters.
  • Funnel Courses: Digital courses designed to guide users through building effective funnels for their business. These courses are non-refundable and non-cancellable after purchase.

2. Additional Services and Upsells

You may add the following to your purchase at checkout:

  • Additional Consultations ($197): Follow-up 1-hour strategy sessions to refine or clarify your custom strategy.
  • Project Management Software Setup with Strategy ($297): We will import your custom strategy into the project management software of your choice (ClickUp by default) and pre-populate tasks

3. Payment and Pricing

All services must be paid in full upfront at the time of purchase. Personagy reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. However, the price quoted at the time of your purchase will remain in effect for that transaction.


The payment options include but are not limited to, major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, AfterPay, and PayPal Pay Later.

4. Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

Personagy maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Strategies (Growth, Launch, CopyPak): Once the Discovery Call is completed, the strategy creation process begins, and no refunds will be granted.
  • Online Courses (Funnel Courses, etc.): Once a course is purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.


This no-refund policy is strictly enforced due to the tailored and personal nature of our services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultations: If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. No cancellations are allowed for consultations, and failure to attend will result in forfeiture of that session.

6. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will receive full ownership of the deliverables (strategies, reports, etc.). For clients who opt for Project Management Software Setup, you will also receive full access and ownership of the pre-populated project management platform (e.g., ClickUp), including all tasks and strategies.

7. Liability & Guarantee

Personagy guarantees the delivery of high-quality, personalized strategies. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales or traffic, as success depends on how well the strategy is implemented by the client.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information during the Discovery process.
  • Actively participate in consultations and feedback sessions.
  • Implement the provided strategies to achieve the desired results.

9. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Growth and Launch Strategies are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after the Discovery Call.
  • Personagy CopyPak is typically delivered within 3 business days.
  • Online Courses are delivered immediately upon purchase, and access will be provided via email.

10. Force Majeure

Personagy is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or any other events that are unforeseeable or unavoidable.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Kansas. Any disputes arising from this TOS shall be settled in the courts of Kansas.

12. Amendments

Personagy reserves the right to amend this TOS at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or notice on our website.

13. Communication & Support

  • Contact Methods: Clients can contact Personagy via email or the website’s messaging system.
  • Office Hours: Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but are subject to change based on mental or physical health or other availability.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • No Revisions Policy: Services are provided as-is, with no revisions included. Revisions can be requested at an additional charge, depending on the scope of the revision.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Personagy and the client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: The failure of Personagy to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15. Signature and Agreement

By purchasing a Personagy service or course and utilizing our services, you agree to these Terms. Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by the completion of your purchase.
